FP offers the following services:

FP was established in 1982 as a duplication company in Indianapolis. Since that time FP has developed fulfillment and contact center services in order to reposition itself from a manufacturer to a Third Party Logistical (3PL) Fulfillment Company.

Over the years FP has outgrown two buildings, purchasing its present facility in 1994 and expanding it in 1999. In response to business fluctuations, FP employs between 60 and 400 people who are managed by our key managers. The managers, many promoted from within, have been with FP for 8-24 years. FP's fulfillment, duplication, and contact center are under one roof in the Indianapolis facility.

As one of the founders of the company in 1982, Steve Whetzel developed the financial and operational structure of FP using his CPA and management background. He and a partner purchased the company in 1991, and in March of 2006 he purchased his partner's shares. With the help of a strong management team, Steve has directed the evolution of the company from video production and duplication into a full-scope direct marketing services company.

With over 20 years of fulfillment experience, loyal staff, and solid vendor relationships, we can assist you with your unique challenges quickly and accurately, providing a quality service like no other.

Whether the required response is to complete a time-sensitive kitting project in a short period of time, to receive backordered product and ship out the waiting orders within one business day, or to quickly create a new marketing report that assesses the results of the last product promotion, FP's response time is exceptional.

We have established systems of control and, more importantly, systems of accountability. While no one is perfect, forced accountability at FP increases our employees focus and attention to detail. The result is an increase in accuracy which means a decrease in costly mistakes.
