Steven L. Whetzel
President/Owner
As one of the founders of the company in 1982, Steve developed the financial and operational structure of FP using his CPA and management background. He and a partner purchased the company in 1991, and in March of 2006 he purchased his partner's shares. With the help of a strong management team, Steve has directed the evolution of the company from video production and duplication into a full-scope direct marketing services company. He is a graduate of the University of West Florida with a BS degree in Accounting and Finance.
Karen L. Clevenger
Executive Vice President
After joining FP in 1989 with hotel and restaurant management experience, Karen has been instrumental in the growth of FP. She works closely with Steve and the management team and is
responsible for the overall business operation, development, and strategy, overseeing Client Services, Fulfillment, Information Technology, Contact Center and Marketing. Karen is a graduate of Colorado State University with a BS degree in Business Administration with concentrations in Management and Marketing.
Brett A. Healey
Vice President, Marketing & Sales
Having managed several restaurants and retail stores, Brett brings unique experiences and perspectives to FP's sales & marketing department. Brett joined FP in 1998 as a College student. He quickly moved into leadership roles while earning his degree and then finally into his current capacity in Marketing & Sales. He has been instrumental in helping FP expand business in several markets. Brett is an active member in the Electronic Retailers Association, Indianapolis Chamber of Commerce and Rainmakers (an Indianapolis- based networking group). He serves on several membership committees, trade councils, and networking advisory boards. Brett's articles have been published by trade magazines, and he has conducted workshops and seminars for industry conferences.
Sandra White
Programmer/Analyst
A Systems Analyst and Programmer since 1980, Sandy has worked with FP since 1992. She has been instrumental in the design and programming of the current systems including contact center, order processing, manufacturing, fulfillment, inventory management, and financial software used in FP's business. Sandy heads an IT staff that is committed to being responsive to internal and client technology needs. Sandy attended college at the University of Dayton.
Anne-Marie Lawrence
Accounting Manager
Before joining FP in 1994, Anne-Marie gained several years of experience in customer service management, system training, and testing. Since then she has been an integral part of the dynamic growth of FP with positions of ASR manager, IT manager, Special Projects Manager, and now Accounting Manager. In addition to running the Accounting department and managing the corporate books, she is frequently a key player in testing new code. Anne-Marie majored in Accounting and Finance at Adrian College.
